Tricks & Freestyle Obedience
Looking to have fun and teach your pooch some new tricks?
Can you teach an old dog new tricks? Yes indeed!
This program is a great way to further your working relationship with your dog, amaze your family and friends and have fun doing it.
We will cover the use of positive reinforcement, using a cue and/or target, and discuss the following: capturing behaviour, offered behaviours and luring behaviours.
We will cover the following tricks: Target (close and away), Shake-a-Paw/Wave, Spins/Dancing, Sit Pretty, Wave, Take-a-Bow, Reverse and will introduce props and music as well.
Please bring a bag of high value and easy to eat treats!
Pre-requisite: Basic Obedience or Evaluation
All dogs must have proof of vaccinations (or titre) for Bordatella, Parvo/Distemper and Rabies
