30 days after you sign up for a weekly daycare subscription, you will be eligible to enroll in our Daycare Membership Loyalty Program! This FREE membership offers exclusive perks.

Tier 1 Membership Perks- After 30 days
- Automatic Renewal – Your membership renews on the 1st of each month as long as you maintain a weekly subscription.
- $5 Grooming Credit – Redeemable once per month on basic baths & services (must have a recurring monthly grooming appointment).
- 5% Off Food – Save on your pup’s favorite meals!
- Weekend Hourly Daycare Access – Enjoy flexible weekend care for $10/hour up to 3 hours! Your first visit must be booked through us, then you can schedule future visits online. For Playgroup dogs only
Tier 2 Membership – 90+ Days
- $10 Grooming Credit – With regular monthly standing reservation.

Cancelling Your Membership:
Cancelling enrolment will reset your tier, unless you are a Furever Member. Once you reach our Furever tier, you will not lose your membership status, if you cancel your membership, but you will lose any preferential rate. If you re-enrol your rate will be based on the new date of enrolment.
