Your dog will work with one of our Certified Professional Dog Trainers to work on your goals. Your dog will also be integrated into the Daily Enrichment program, where the highest standards of care are practiced, including working on social manners daily.
Our programs include one-on-one sessions with you before and after your dog’s stay with us to ensure you have the support you need to have reliable training results. We have one, two and three-week programs where your dog will be trained Monday through Friday, so you can choose the one that works best for you.
HOW TO GET STARTED with dog Boarding and Training:
There are a few things we need to do before we can begin one of these exciting packages!
Step 1: Create a customer profile by clicking the button above!
Step 2: Book a first day visit at our boarding facility. This allows us to meet your dog and ensure that these programs are a good investment for you and your dog. If your dog has already participated in a visit to our facility, then we move on to step 3!
Step 3: Book your 90 minute in person training with one of our certified professional dog trainers! You can do so by logging onto your customer profile and requesting the service, or by emailing us at training@gooddog.ca. During this session your trainer will help determine which program is right for you and make recommendations based on your training goals. They will assist in setting up the remainder of the package - we can’t wait to get started!

We want all our clients to get the service that best suits their needs as well as their goals. Because of this, our board and train programs are designed specifically for the skills listed and will not cover reactivity. Requirements for starting any program:
A completed first day visit at our facility, to ensure boarding is a good fit for your dog.
Completion of the 90 minute consultation, to determine if this program is right for you and to get the program set up.
Completion of the orientation webinar, before your dogs check in date.
Updated vaccinations or titres, as per your veterinarians recommended schedule.

A one month subscription to Good Dog’s Essential Life Skills online learning. This includes detailed step-by-step how to videos as well as downloadable helpful handouts.

3 Week Program - $2,155
This 15 day program is for the family who wants their dog to learn it all! Our three week program includes 8 behaviours trained to an advanced level! Imagine your dog walking politely beside you and behaving around other people and dogs. That’s a dog you will enjoy spending time with!
Private sessions included: Following your dog’s boarding stay, you will complete a 90 minute handling session with your trainer to review all exercises your dog has learned. Two additional 60 minute sessions are included to allow for continued success after your dog arrives back home! That’s 3 sessions included for you to participate in your dogs training and learn the valuable skills needed to ensure success after their program.
The following exercises are included: sit, down, stay, come, loose leash, heel, focus, leave it.

Training Manual - this will cover all the exercises specific to how your dog learns and can be successful moving forward. You won't have to waste time in lessons making notes or trying to remember what the trainer is saying. It's all right here for you. 2 Week Program - $1,775
This 10 day program focuses on intermediate skills and manners training. Imagine being able to enjoy walks with your dog without being pulled down the street, with this program we will help you and your dog enjoy day to day life with a clearer understanding of what you can expect from one another.
Private sessions included: Following your dog’s boarding stay, you will complete a 90 minute handling session with your trainer to review all exercises your dog has learned. One additional 60 minute session is included to allow for continued success after your dog arrives back home! That’s 2 sessions included for you to participate in your dogs training and learn the valuable skills needed to ensure success after their program.

In this 5 day program you’ll cover the basic skills and manners you need to get started on the right foot. This program is ideal for the client who wants to get started with a great foundation for their dog with a custom approach.

You can choose any 4 of the following behaviours to include in your program:
